Jen McGinn just started a new role leading a 45-person product design organization for the Cloud Management business unit of VMware. She is on two panels at this year's conference - one on the state of Agile UX and another debating the benefits of high-fidelity design (on the side of PRO). Jen is a former member of the UXPA board of directors and has been co-leading the group mentoring activities at the Boston UXPA conference with Bob Thomas for eight years. She has a BS in Information Systems from UMBC and an MS in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University. Jen enjoys teaching a course in Customer Experience for the Bentley UX Certificate program each fall and a course in UX Processes for the MS UCD program at Brandeis University each spring.
